About the event
Your evening will begin with a warm welcome into an intimate circle of 12 souls, giving you time to settle, arrive fully and leave the outside world behind. Meecha will introduce the sacred cacao, share its meaning and gently guide you in setting a personal intention for the ceremony.
Together, we will slowly and mindfully drink the cacao, allowing its warmth to invite softness, presence and connection. From here, you will be guided into a deeply nurturing journey that may weave together meditation, breath, sound, gentle movement, reflection and moments of stillness.
There is no expectation to share or participate in any way that does not feel comfortable. You are invited to listen to your body, follow your own pace and allow the experience to unfold naturally. You may
