A deeply restorative group experience combining the gentle healing energy of Reiki with the soothing vibration of sound.
Held within the beautiful surroundings of Wellgreen, this session invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life and settle into a space of rest, balance and reconnection. As Reiki energy flows through the room, you will be immersed in the calming sounds and frequencies of carefully chosen instruments, allowing the body to soften and the mind to become still.
There is nothing you need to do or achieve. Simply lie back, receive and allow the experience to unfold in the way that feels right for you.
This session may support deep relaxation, emotional release and a renewed sense of calm and clarity. Every experience is personal, and you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are.
