Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received and a confirmation email issued. CANCELLATIONS Events and workshops cancelled more than 14 days in advance may be refunded or transferred to another available date. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days beforehand may receive a transfer or credit. Cancellations made less than 7 days beforehand and non-attendance are non-refundable. One-to-one sessions require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full. RETREATS & TRAININGS Cancellations made more than 60 days before the start date may be refunded, less the deposit and any costs already incurred. Up to 50% may be retained for cancellations made between 30 and 60 days beforehand. Cancellations made less than 30 days beforehand are non-refundable unless the place is filled. Payment plans remain an agreement to pay the full booking price. Travel and cancellation insurance is recommended. TRANSFERS Where permitted, bookings may be transferred to another suitable person with advance notice. Credits must be used within 12 months and are subject to availability. LATE ARRIVAL & ILLNESS Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot attend. Late admission may not be possible once a session has started. Refunds are not guaranteed for illness, late arrival or personal circumstances. CHANGES BY SOUL HAVEN If Soul Haven cancels an event, you will be offered a new date, credit or a refund. We cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other personal expenses. HEALTH & PARTICIPATION Please tell us about any health condition, pregnancy, injury or medication that could affect your participation. Soul Haven’s offerings support personal wellbeing but do not replace professional medical or mental-health care. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
